If you become a member of the BTA, we keep a small amount of contact information about you. We hold that information on our systems for as long as you use the service and remove it in the event that the purpose has been met, or, in the case of BTA membership you no longer wish to continue your membership. This information is kept mainly on computer and is kept securely.

We will never sell or share your personal information with others unless we have asked your permission beforehand to pass on that information. For example, in the case of media enquiries where we will always seek your permission before giving out any information to journalists.

NB: We are willing to add links to research projects/surveys on our website but due to the high volume of requests
we get, we will only consider links if the BTA is able to view the findings of the survey. We fully respect confidentiality
and do not need to see the identifying details of the participants of the survey.
